All orders of 50M2 and above will automatically qualify for free UK delivery. Orders below 50M2 will incur a delivery charge of 80.00.

You must visually inspect your entire order and make a note on the delivery report of any issues regarding the condition of the goods and/or any missing/additional items.

All deliveries will be curbside unless previously agreed with a member of staff from Wide Oak Flooring. Therefore you must make sure someone is home to receive the delivery and bring the goods into your home or office. The driver will not enter your home unless previously agreed.

Only once you have checked that all the goods you ordered have arrived and are in good order should you let the driver leave. In the unlikely event that any of the goods you receive are damaged or you are missing some items you must write this down on the delivery note before the driver leaves. Otherwise we may be unable to replace these items.

Delivery to overseas addresses (and delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man) will need to be discussed via telephone as the delivery charge will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. There is a minimum order quantity of 15M2 on all our solid and engineered flooring. However this rises to 25M2 on our Unfinished Prime Grade Solid Oak Floorboard range.

Estimated date of delivery is usually within 2 weeks from order. However some of our flooring is hand finished upon order and so delivery can take up to 4 weeks from order. On larger orders of over 100M2 the estimated delivery date may be up to 3 weeks from order.
